The Adobe XD team approached great fridays to develop a business case and prototype in Adobe Air for a new piece of software deployable on Android tablet devices.

The user experience team developed a persona for the target audience and a scenario describing the functions and attributes of the prototype though a series of visual stories and infographics.  This visual story process proved incredibly valuable in calling out the key indicators to prove the business case and inform the features of the prototype development.

The execution phase included the development of multi-touch software in Adobe Air with a new UI and API integration, with the final prototype available both on desktop and tablet.

The success of the prototype lead to approval for code hardening to create a shippable product as part of the Adobe Ideas product suite.
