Lead Flash/Flex Developer/

Reporting to the Director of Technology the ideal candidate will lead the team to design and develop clear and concise technical specifications. Lead the development team under instruction from the Producer to build complete web based User Experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Assess, discuss, communicate and implement emerging tools, frameworks and techniques.

Ensure quality processes are adhered to throughout project lifecycle.

Remain flexible and sane in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment.

Leading, supervising the team within the scope of projects.

Contribute to the development of technical requirements/specifications documents.

Requirements

4 year Computer Science degree or related
 experience/degree
3-5+ years of Flash ActionScript experience
Proficient in ActionScript 3.0
Experience with Flex Builder
(X)HTML, CSS, and Javascript development
Solid knowledge of standards-based, accessible, cross-browser web development
Experience in developing web applications with rich client interfaces 
in Flash
Knowledge of the Adobe toolset
Previous experience working to Agile methods
