Reporting to the Director of User Experience, the ideal candidate will work from client approved concepts or instructions from the Director of User Experience to build complete wireframe and user journey experiences from start to finish.
Qualified candidates will share our belief that User Experience design is as much about behavior and emotion as it is about utility and ease of use. You have a passion for, and an
excellent understanding of, user-centered design, coupled with an experience turning user needs and business requirements into annotated wire-frames and site maps.
4-5 years experience with user experience design and/or interactive media design.
Follow all the latest usability, accessibility and design best practices
Assist and/or lead information gathering exercises and focus groups
Conduct research and analysis
Experience of using personas in design process
Experience of prototyping in different methods
Able to apply a level of critical analysis to research to inform solutions
Talk knowledgeably about web subjects and have a view on new developments
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Visio and Adobe CS, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Demonstrate an understanding of data analytics Be able to work concurrently on a number of projects at any given time.
Must be self-motivated, good communicator, comfortable with following direction, thrive on multidisciplinary teams, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client relationships. Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
